5 Ways Your Baby Can Sleep Soundly

• Implement a night sleeping pattern for your baby. This sleeping pattern may be implemented to your newly born.

• Provide baby care regularly. Bathe your baby with warm water and a special baby soap that is soft on the skin and gently massage him/her with baby oil.

• When your baby is asleep, keep him/her away from bright light or sounds that may stimulate him/her to stay awake.

• Feed your baby with milk (breast milk or formula) before sleep so he/she will not wake up from hunger. Increase the feed for your baby when he/she is bigger to enable sleep all night.

• Keep your baby awake as long as possible during the day. If your baby has had a nap at noon/afternoon for over 3 hours, wake him/her up and have fun or play with him/her for a while.
